This Refund, Return & Exchange Policy ("Policy") sets forth the terms and conditions under which customers may return, exchange, or request a refund for products purchased from XL Wear. By placing an order through our website, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Policy.


1. Eligibility for Return and Exchange

  1. Customers may request a return or exchange within 7 (seven) days from the date of delivery.

  2. Items must be in unused, unwashed, unaltered condition with all original tags intact.

  3. Only products purchased directly from https://xlwear.in are eligible.

  4. Innerwear items (including but not limited to: Men's Boxers, Briefs, Vests, and Trunks) and items marked as "Promotional" or "Final Sale" are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

  5. XL Wear reserves the right to inspect all returned products and to decline returns/exchanges if the above conditions are not met.


2. Correct Product Disclaimer & Customer-Initiated Returns

  1. All orders placed on https://xlwear.in are shipped after strict quality checks to ensure the correct and defect-free product is delivered.

  2. If the product delivered is correct and not defective, and the customer still wishes to return or exchange due to personal reasons (like size issue, color choice, or wrong selection), then the customer must pay a non-refundable Courier & Handling Fee of Rs. 200.

  3. This fee must be paid in advance before we initiate the return or exchange process.

  4. If the fee is not paid within 48 hours of the request, the return/exchange will be cancelled automatically.


3. Refund Process

  1. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will inform you whether your refund is approved.

  2. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  3. If you don’t receive your refund within 15 business days, please contact us at support.xlwear@gmail.com.


4. Exchanges

  1. Exchanges are allowed for products of the same or higher value.

  2. If you exchange for a higher-value item, you must pay the price difference.

  3. All exchange items must meet the same conditions mentioned in Section 1.


5. Damaged or Defective Products

  1. If you receive a damaged or defective product, or if there's a valid manufacturing defect within 7 days, we will offer a free replacement or full refund.

  2. This does not include damage due to stains, misuse, or wear and tear beyond normal usage.

7. Legal Disclaimer

This policy is governed by the laws of India. All disputes shall be under the jurisdiction of the courts in Gurgaon Haryana, India.
